New clients should plan to arrive 15 minutes before appointment time to complete client information form.
Scheduling / Cancellations
Appointments may be scheduled by phone, however, we recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon.
We understand that situations arise from time to time that delay a scheduled treatment from beginning on time. Depending on the circumstance, we may not always be able to accomodate late arrival, and appointments may have to be rescheduled.
Please be respectful of appointments and give a minimum of 24 hours notice if cancellation / rescheduling is necessary.
Pricing
- No cash refunds will be given.
- Defective merchandise must be returned within 10 days for exchange.
- Gratuities are not included in our pricing.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
Children and the Salon
Although we love children, we ask that you join us in the spirit of relaxation and refrain from bringing children to the salon unless they are being treated to a service.
It is important to us that your experience be an enjoyable one. Pregnant women and clients undergoing active medical treatment should consult their physician prior to treatment.
